Today, no long winded blog entries, no Leadership Friday, no introspective discussion or building report. Today I am going to put my feet up, slow down, relax and have some fun. Today I hope to catch a movie with my wife – a date day we haven’t had for a long time. Today I hope to buy a new grill – hard to think about when it is 40 degrees and there is still snow on the ground. Today I may even play a video game or two with my son. I will probably also start my list on what I am going to do with my economic incentives check… I love thinking about how we will spend money – we will probably spend some and save some, but with four kids we do pretty well with these things.
How about you? What are you going to do with your incentive check? Buy some gas? Pay some bills? Get something fun? Do you think it will make a big difference in our economy? Will it make a big difference in your household? It will in ours. We don’t have debt and we save pretty well, so when stuff like this comes in it is fun to think about what we can do with it… I will share more about what we are doing with our check later… I am one of the lucky low number SSN people so we will have it soon!
does your social start with a zero?? cuz i’ve been told that if it starts with a zero it belonged to someone else before you and they are now dead. i don’t know if that’s true or not or where i heard it, but i know i heard it… always made me glad mine didn’t start with a zero.
